This is a petition under Section 528 BNSS with the following prayer: In the fact in circumstances of the present case the petitioner most humbly prays for the kind intervention an indulgence of this Hon'ble court as under.
a) Direct that no coercive action, including arrest, detention, or restraint, shall be taken against the Petitioner upon his arrival in India, in connection with any undisclosed complaint, enquiry, investigation or proceedings which may have prompted the recent visit of the local police to the Petitioner's residence, until such time as the details thereof are disclosed to the Petitioner The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and he is afforded a reasonable opportunity to seek appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law; and/or b) Direct the Respondent Authorities to inform this Hon'ble Court, as well as the Petitioner, of the particulars of any FIR, complaint, enquiry, summons or process, if issued or pending against the Petitioner, to enable the Petitioner to take recourse to law without being prejudiced by surprise or sudden coercive steps; and c) Any other further order(s) by this Hon'ble Court deem fit in the present facts and circumstances. 2.
