This application has been filed by the appellant seeking restoration of the present appeal, which was dismissed by a consent Order dated 22.10.2024.

Though the learned counsel for the appellant raises various grounds seeking recall of that order, however, in our view the same cannot be permitted.

Accordingly, we find no merit in the present application. The same, therefore, stands dismissed.
