The Court is of the view that the Respondent being located in Kolkata and the Respondent's petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 challenging the Award having already been dismissed, there is no impediment for the Petitioner to seek enforcement of the Award in accordance with law.

3. In the circumstances, the Court is not persuaded to entertain this petition under Section 9 of the Act.

4. The petition is dismissed.
