Status report not filed. The Ld. APP states that the status report filed before the Trial Court is already on record. At the very outset, he submits that the eye witness Rakesh Kumar Yadav and as also another material witness namely Arvind Kumar are yet to be examined and bailable warrants have been issued by the Trial Court against them for ensuring their presence for examination before the Trial Court.

Investigating Officer ensures that he would execute the bailable warrants and produce both these witnesses before the Trial Court on the next date.
