% 24.09.2025 RFA 694/2024 Mr. Siddhant Nath, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits, that the parties have settled the matter in mediation vide a Settlement Agreement dated 21.01.2025, which is on record. Mr. Nath submits, that some obligations that are part of the settlement are to be complied with by the parties in future; and prays that therefore the terms of the settlement be made part of the order. In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed-of in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 21.01.2025, which terms shall be deemed to form part of the order.

The appeal is disposed-of, holding the parties bound by the terms of Settlement Agreement dated 21.01.2025.

CM APPL. 33676/2025 By way of the present application filed under section 16 of the Court Fee Act, 1870 read with section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the appellant seeks refund of the court-fee.

Considering the prayer made in the application, the application is allowed.

In view of the above, and in line with the provisions of section 16-A of the Court Fees Act 1860 as applicable to Delhi, half of the court fee affixed on the memo of appeal is directed to be refunded to the appellant. The Registry is directed to draw-up the requisite certificate in favor of the appellant for refund of half of the court fee, within 02 weeks of the appellant approaching to the Registry for the purpose. The application is disposed-of in the above terms.
