The petitioner, vide the present transfer petition has sought the transfer of Guardianship Petition bearing GP No.93 of 2023 pending before the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, West District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South District, Saket Court, Delhi on the ground that the children are residing within the jurisdiction of South District.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent also submits that the objection with respect to the transfer was also raised on the aforesaid ground before the present Court.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid submissions, the Court deems it appropriate to transfer the Guardianship Petition bearing GP No.93 of 2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
