The petitioner seeks for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue an appropriate writ/direction to the respondents to reconsider the compensation application of the petitioner & to enhance the maximum compensation amount ofRs.10,00,000/-(Ten Lakh) with interest from the order dated 16.10.2024 passed by the North East District Legal Services Authority Kar Kardooma Courts, Delhi to help rehabilitate the petitioner according to their imminent needs and considering the facts and circumstances ofthe present case;

the impugned order dated I 6.10.2024 passed by the respondent no.2 i.e. the North East District Legal Services Authority Kar Kardooma Courts,. (iii) Hon'ble Court has the territorial/pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain the present writ petition due to all the respondents working under the jurisdiction of the Hon'ble Court in Delhi and place of accident at Signature Bridge, towards Khajuri, Delhi is also under the territorial jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court"

Learned counsel for the respondent points out that under almost similar circumstances in other writ petition bearing no. W.P.(C) 13024/2025, this Court vide Order dated 08.01.2026, has directed the respondents to consider the petition therein as petitioner's representation and to decide the same within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed therein.

In view thereof, this petition also stands disposed of with the similar directions.

Let the petitioner's petition be treated as representation by respondent no. 2, and the same be decided within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
