Although the Investigating Officer ["IO"] in the present proceedings is not present, the IO in another application filed by the petitioner (BAIL APPL. 577/2026 arising out of FIR No. 65/2024 dated 30.05.2024, registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, Delhi), which is also listed today, has verified this position. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition, alongwith the pending application, has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
