Further to the order dated 15.09.2025, Mr. Deepak Dewan, learned counsel for the respondent, has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent.

In view of the submission of Ms. Prerna Mehta, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the dispute regarding fixation of pay scale and grade pay should first be addressed by the respondent, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the representations filed by the petitioner, as well as the grounds taken in the writ petition, will be considered by the respondent, and a reasoned order be passed within a period of three months from today.
