The petitioner has filed this petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution, seeking action against alleged illegal and unauthorised construction at property bearing No. 5704, Singhara Chowk Nabi Karim, New Delhi - 110055.

Mr. Chanderkant Tyagi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, as the petitioner has not approached the Special Task Force ["STF"], constituted by the Supreme Court vide orders dated 24.04.2018 and 18.07.2018 in W.P.(C) 4677/1985 [M.C. Mehta vs Union of India & Ors.].
