In view of order dated 04th August 2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.11552/2025, we see no reason to cause interference in writ jurisdiction particularly when the similar request of petitioner was already looked into by reserving right of the petitioner to approach afresh in case if decision of TVC is adverse to his interest.

We are informed that TVC is yet to take any decision in the matter and counsel for respondents states that as and when decision shall be taken by the TVC, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner. 3.

In that view of the matter, the petition stands disposed of.
