This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking early adjudication of complaints filed by him against the conduct of the SocietyGhalib Memorial CGHS Ltd. (hereinafter, 'Society'). 3.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that despite repeated complaints being made before the Registrar Cooperative Societies (hereinafter, the 'RCS'), the RCS has not taken any decision on the complaints. 4.

The prayers in this writ petition are as under: "a) direct the Respondent to expeditiously disposed of the various complaints filed by the petitioner in the interest of justice preferably within four weeks; b) direct the Respondent to take appropriate action as per the provisions of DCS Act/Rules against the Managing Committee of Society for their illegal act of not conducting the Special Audit, illegal grant of membership and embezzlement/misappropriation of funds;

and circumstances of the present case."

Considering that the only prayer of the Petitioner is for expeditious disposal of the complaints filed by him, it is directed that the said complaints shall be adjudicated and decided by the RCS within a period of two months from the date of this order.

If any of the parties are required to be heard by the RCS, including the Respondents and the Society, a hearing shall be granted to them before deciding the complaints of the Petitioner.

This order shall apply in respect of all the nine complaints filed by the Petitioner.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
