Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner at the outset submits that as of now, he would confine his prayer to the extent of directing respondent no.2 to decide his pending representation which has been made on 10.09.2024.

Needless to state that if the representation is decided against the petitioner, he would be at liberty to assail the same before the jurisdictional High Court.
