The limited relief sought by the petitioner in the present case is that the complaint dated 19.09.2022, filed by the petitioner be duly taken up for consideration by the Director (Discipline) of the respondent institute in accordance with the Chartered Accountants (Procedure of Investigation of Professional and other Misconduct and Conduct of Cases) Rules, 2007. It is sought that appropriate steps be taken for formation of a 'prima facie opinion', as contemplated therein.
