The petitioner has filed this application seeking stay of operation of the impugned order dated 10.01.2025, by which the petitioner was directed to deposit 10% of the compensation amount for suspension of sentence granted by the Trial Court, and also seeks stay of proceedings in appeal [CA No.

9/2025], pending before the Sessions Court, Karkardooma Courts.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner would like to approach the Appellate Court to seek further time to make a deposit in terms of the order of the Appellate Court dated 10.01.2025.
