The present petition is filed seeking parole for a period of eight weeks.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, at the outset, submits that there had been some delay in disposal of the pending applications for parole/ furlough. 3.

He submits that the application filed by the petitioner would be decided within a period of ten working days. 4.

In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed in the present petition at this stage.

5.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court in case any grievance remains.
