This petition has been filed for setting aside order dated 12th October 2023 passed by Metropolitan Magistrate ("MM") in complaint case bearing No. 13025/2023 wherein application under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. was dismissed and subsequently, revision preferred by petitioner before the ASJ was also dismissed by the impugned order dated 26th April 2024. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition; allowed.
