A Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for issuance of directions to Respondent No.1 to protect the life and liberty of Petitioner and her children from Respondents No.6 to 9 with the following prayers:
(a.) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction, thereby directing the respondents No.1 to 6 to provide adequate protection to the petitioner and her children life as guaranteed under Constitution of India and further direct the respondents No.1 to 6 to save the petitioner and her children life from the clutches of respondents No.7 to 12 and their associates; (b.) Issue an order or direction against the respondents No.7 to 12 to return the educational certificate of the petitioner;
(c.) Any other or further order that may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances may also be passed.
