Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has received a copy of the charge-sheet filed on 12.11.2024. He states that the Petitioner is dissatisfied with the investigation carried out. He, however, seeks liberty to withdraw this petition and approach the competent Court for filing a protest petition and raising all the averments, which have been raised in the present petition.

Learned ASC has no objection to the aforesaid submissions of the Petitioner.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the Petitioner as prayed for.
