The present petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India r/w Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of the FIR No. 0103/2023 dated 10.04.2023 under Section 186/353/34 IPC, P.S. Anand Vihar, Delhi. 2.

The original dispute was between the petitioners and one Mr. Pradyumn Ahuja relating to a Civil Suit being no. 695/2019. In the execution petition filed subsequently in 2023, on application of Mr. Pradyumn Ahuja, respondent no.2 (bailiff) was appointed was to take vacant possession of the property in question. The tenants namely Nisha Agarwal, Prince Aggarwal and Akash Aggarwal opposed the eviction and engaged in physical scuffle with the Bailiff, who submitted a written complaint to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. police, alleging obstruction and disruption of Court proceedings, in violation of the orders of the learnd District Judge, considering that it is not only an offence against the public servant but it also an endeavour to obstruct the process of law.

Considering the averments made in the FIR, no case is made out for quashing of the FIR in question.
