No.10568/2016 On 10.04.2015, a consent order had been passed wherein as per the consent decree, time for vacation of the parties was extended up to 31.03.2016 meaning thereby that a benefit of almost more than 11 months was granted to the petitioner. That was a consent order which was passed in the presence of the parties.

This application seeking extension of time is not maintainable. Dismissed.
