versus GOVT. OF NCT OF DELHI ..... Respondent Through:

Mr.Abhimanyu Verma & Ms.Hetu Arora Sethi, Advs.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI

O R D E R

% 06.04.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to conduct demarcation exercise of his land through Total Station Machine Method.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since despite the petitioner's various representations to the Tehsildar and the SDM seeking demarcation of his land, no action was taken, the petitioner was constrained to move a representation dated 02.01.2018 to the Deputy Commissioner, who has also not taken any action on his representation.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied, at this stage, in case, the respondent is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on his representation dated 02.01.2018.

Mr.Abhimanyu Verma, Advocate who appears on advance notice does not oppose the aforesaid limited prayer made by the petitioner.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to pass a reasoned and speaking order dealing with the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2018 within four weeks. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision given by the respondent, it will be open for him to take legal recourse as permissible under law.
