Ld. counsel for plaintiffs submits that the suit property is situated at Rohini which falls under the jurisdiction of District North West, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District North West, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North West), Rohini, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North West), Rohini, Delhi on 06.05.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
