% 03.10.2018 CM APPL. No.33701/2018 By this application, withdrawal of the petition is sought. Next date of hearing i.e. 29th October, 2018 stands cancelled. The opposition to this application is on the ground that petitioner has played a fraud. The fraud pointed out by the counsel opposite, is in reference to the order of 22nd May, 2018. Upon hearing, I find that the order of 22nd May, 2018 is no impediment to permit the petitioner to withdraw this petition with permission to file it afresh alongwith correct particulars. In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the petition with the liberty, as aforesaid.
