% 12.05.2017 As per the status report and as held by this Court in Crl.M.C. 582/2017 that there is no infirmity in the order dated 20th October, 2015 declaring the petitioner as a proclaimed offender, the present petition filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.37/2014 under Section 420/174A/506/34 IPC and Section 4 of the Prize Chit & Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978 registered at PS Dwarka North is liable to be dismissed.

In view of the decisions of the Supreme Court reported as 2012 (8) SCC 730 Lavesh vs. State (NCT of Delhi) and 2014 (2) SCC 171 State of M.P. vs. Pradeep Sharma, no anticipatory bail can be granted to the petitioner.
