W.P.(CRL) 644/2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks further extension of parole on the ground that he has to transfer the property situated at Mustafabad Dadua, Shikarpur, Bulandshahr, U.P. which was in the name of his deceased father in his name being the only son.

After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take remedies as available in law. Leave and liberty granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
