% 23.04.2018 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the arbitration proceedings have commenced.

In view thereof, the interim order dated 6th March, 2018 shall continue for a further period of four weeks, leaving it open to the respondents to apply for modification/vacation/variation of the same before the Arbitral Tribunal by moving an appropriate application in that regard.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion regarding the validity of the appointment of the Arbitral Tribunal or upon the merits of the claim of either of the parties. This petition is disposed of with the above directions with no order as to costs.
