Learned counsel for the parties submit that inter se disputes between the parties have been amicably resolved under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The terms of settlement have been reduced into writing vide the Settlement Agreement dated 28.01.2026. The said Settlement Agreement has been placed by the Mediation Centre on record. 3.

The terms of the Settlement are enumerated in para (a) to (m) at page 3 of the Settlement Agreement dated 28.01.2026. The Settlement Agreement alongwith annexures appended thereto are taken on record. 4.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of Settlement recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 28.01.2026.

Let a decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.

Since, the disputes have been settled under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the plaintiff would be entitled to refund of the Court Fees as per Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870, upon completion of all formalities as per rules.
