% 22.02.2019 Parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 21.2.2019 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The terms and conditions of the Settlement are stated in para 6 of the Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement is legal and valid. It has been signed by the Authorised Signatory of the parties and their respective counsels. The learned Mediator has also signed the Settlement Agreement. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement. A decree is passed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. Suit stands disposed of as above. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.

Plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of Court Fee under section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870.
