O R D E R

% 27.07.2018 The petition questions the adjournment of the case from January to September, 2019 by the Metropolitan Magistrate, the interest of the petitioner being that she is the first informant of the FIR (no. 126/2012) from which the said proceedings arise. The Metropolitan Magistrate has given full justification for such long adjournment indicating pendency on her board was 6000 cases, out of which 450 cases were ten years old and 810 cases were 5 years old, they meriting priority. No case for intervention on judicial side by this Court is made out.

A copy of the petition shall be placed before the appropriate Committee for consideration in context of need for equitable distribution of work on administrative side.
