O R D E R

Respective counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled the matter on the following terms:
(i) A sum of Rs.5,00,000/- would be paid by the respondent to the petitioner on or before 27.10.2024. The said payment has already been made.
(ii) The second installment of Rs.5,00,000/- would be paid by the respondent to the petitioner on or before 29.12.2024. (iii) The third installment of Rs.5,00,000/- would be paid by the respondent to the petitioner on or before 30.01.2025. (iv) The fourth installment of Rs.5,00,000/- would be paid by the respondent to the petitioner on or before 19.03.2025. 2.
Upon payment of the aforesaid aggregate amount of Rs.20,00,000/-, in the aforesaid manner, no outstanding disputes shall survive between the parties.

Respective counsel for the parties undertake, on instructions that the parties shall abide by the aforesaid terms of the settlement between the parties.

In view of the aforesaid settlement, and the undertaking on behalf of the respective parties, the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of in the light of aforesaid settlement between the parties.
