The present application is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No.141/2019 dated 30.04.2019, registered at Police Station Sarai Rohilla, for offences under Sections 376/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC') and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012.

The bail application filed by the applicant on an earlier occasion was dismissed by detailed and reasoned order dated 04.03.2020, passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in Bail Application No. 303/2020.

The Special Leave Petition challenging the order dated 04.03.2020 was also dismissed by the Hon'ble Apex Court by order dated 29.06.2021.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in custody since 28.05.2019 and the trial has not completed.

On being asked, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the trial is likely to conclude within a period of 6 to 8 months.

Considering that the trial is at the fag end, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present application at this stage.

The applicant is at liberty to file an application afresh if the trial dos not conclude within a period of 6 to 8 months. 10.
