The present application is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No.286/2023 dated 08.05.2023, registered at Police Station Govind Puri, for offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) and Section 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act.

The applicant on an earlier occasion had filed an application before this Court seeking bail which was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 02.04.2024 with liberty to file afresh after the material witnesses are examined. On being asked, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that three of the eyewitnesses are still to be examined.

In view of the above, the present application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to file an application afresh after all the eyewitnesses are examined.
