The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner/applicant seeking further extension of interim bail for a period of three months in FIR No.
14/2022 registered under Sections 406/467/468/471/420/120B IPC at P.S. Special Cell, Delhi on medical grounds.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant while referring to the earlier orders whereby the applicant was admitted to bail, also refers to the latest medical documents of the applicant as per which the applicant is still hospitalized. He states that the applicant could not undergo the second surgery on account of some medical complications. 3.
Learned APP for the State, on instructions, states that the IO has verified the fact that the applicant is still hospitalized. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the interim bail granted to the petitioner/applicant is extended for a period of three months on the same terms and conditions on which interim bail was granted to him vide order dated 12.07.2024 passed in Bail Appln. 2389/2024.

The bail application is disposed of in the above terms along with pending applications.
