% 06.03.2018 To seek approval for placing Manoj Kumar Sharma, PGT-Physics under suspension, petitioner-School had written to respondent-Directorate of Education on 3rd March, 2017 vide letter Annexure P-3 colly., which was followed by numerous reminders.

According to petitioner, till date the approval has not been accorded and no government nominee has been deputed to be the member of the Disciplinary Committee to enable petitioner to initiate action against said Manoj Kumar Sharma.

Upon notice, learned counsel for respondent on instructions submits that according of approval for placing Manoj Kumar Sharma under suspension would be finalized within a period of two weeks and its intimation would be given to petitioner-School within a week thereafter and that Mr. Anis Ahmed, DDE (Zone-29) has been already deputed as a W.P.(C) 1949/2018

Government Nominee to be the member of the Disciplinary Committee. While taking on record aforesaid stand taken on behalf of respondent, this petition and the applications stand disposed of as satisfied.
