The learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application submitting that the four material witnesses are yet to be examined and that the mother of the deceased, one of the material witness, has been partly examined. 2.

He further seeks liberty to move a fresh bail application before this Court after the said material witnesses are examined. 3.

Permission and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.

Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
