('BNSS'), the petitioner/applicant seeks interim bail for a period of 02 months, on the ground of his wife's medical condition. 2.
At the outset, it is noticed, that since the petitioner has sought fresh interim bail (as opposed to extension of interim bail), the prayer seeking release on interim bail ought to have been raised by way of fresh bail petitions and not as CRL.M.(BAIL) applications filed in disposed-of bail petitions.
