Status report has been filed by the Indo-Tibetan Border Police ('ITBP') as per which representation of petitioner has been rejected. 2.

Counsel for petitioner states that representation of petitioner has been rejected wrongly and for wrong reasons without addressing the issues which had been raised by the petitioner.

As per order dated 22nd March 2024, liberty has already been granted to petitioner to approach the court in case his grievance subsists. 4.

Accordingly, this contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to petitoner to approach the writ court or any other court of competent jurisdiction.
