The present contempt petition has been preferred with the grievance that despite specific direction issued by this Court on 14.03.2024 and 06.05.2024, the respondents are not permitting the petitioner to enter the Centrally Protected Monuments.

Learned counsel for the respondent who appears on advance notice, submits that he has instructions to state that in light of the aforesaid orders passed by this Court on 14.03.2024 and 06.05.2024, the petitioner is not being stopped from entering any of the Centrally Protected Monuments. 3.

In the light of the stand taken by the respondent, we find no reason to keep the present petition pending. However, needless to mention the respondent will remain bound by its statement.
