The petitioner is seeking initiation of the contempt proceedings against the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the directions of this Court contained in the order dated 14.03.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.3801/2024.

Learned counsel for the respondents is present on advance notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the representation of the petitioner has been considered, however, the order dated 29.04.2024 is not a speaking order. out that the documents which are referred in the impugned order have not been supplied to him.

The speaking order dated 29.04.2024 affords a fresh cause of action to the petitioner to assail the decision taken by the respondents with regard to its pay anomalies and other emoluments. 7.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to institute appropriate legal proceedings against the respondents assailing the aforesaid order. 8.
