O R D E R

The present application has been filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC"), on behalf of the parties for recording the settlement between therein and passing a consent decree in terms thereof.

Learned counsels appearing for the parties jointly submit that during the pendency of the present proceedings, with the intervention of family members and well-wishers, the parties have amicably resolved all their disputes and differences, which have been reduced into writing by way of the Settlement Agreement dated 14th April, 2026. The said Settlement Agreement has been placed on record before this Court. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

The relevant terms of the settlement between the parties have been reproduced in the present application, which read as under: "xxx xxx xxx xxx xxx xxx"

They further submit that the aforesaid settlement constitutes a full and final resolution of all the past, present and future claims, and no party shall initiate any further proceedings in relation thereto. 6.

This Court has perused the Settlement Agreement dated 14th April, 2026 and finds no impediment in accepting the same. It is manifest that the same been entered into by the parties independently, without any coercion, fraud or undue influence, and further, that the terms therein are lawful and meet the essentials specified in order XXIII Rule 3 of CPC. 7.

Accordingly, a consent decree is passed in view of the Settlement th Agreement dated 14 April, 2026 between the parties, the terms of which shall form part of the decree.

The parties are held bound by the terms of the settlement between them and shall continue to abide by them.

The present suit stands decreed in the aforesaid terms. 10.

Let decree sheet be prepared by the Registry of this Court, accordingly.

With the aforesaid directions, the present suit, along with the pending applications, stands disposed of.

The next dates of hearing, i.e., 19th May, 2026 before the Joint Registrar (Judicial) and 22nd May, 2026 before the Court, are cancelled.
