This is an application filed by the applicant/accused for modification of condition in bail order dated 07.11.2025 in case FIR no. 270/24, under Section 22/25/29 NDPS Act, PS Crime Branch (ANTF), Daryaganj, New Delhi.

The Court takes note of the order dated 07.11.2025 by which the applicant was granted bail subject to certain conditions including the condition that the applicant shall not leave the State of Delhi/NCT without permission of the Ld. Trial Court.

The Ld. Counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is a permanent resident of Kanpur, UP and earns his and his family livelihood from there and due to the aforesaid condition in the bail order, the applicant is unable to go back to his residence in UP.

Since applicant is stated to be the resident of Kanpur, UP, the condition (c) of the order dated 07.11.2025 is modified to the extent that the applicant shall remain available at his residence in Kanpur, which be also shared with the Investigating Officer.

Rest of the condition of the order dated 07.11.2025 shall remain the same.
