The present petition for transfer of Ct. Case No.201/2024 titled "Directorate of Enforcement Vs. Anup Maji @ Lala" has been instituted pursuant to the order passed by Registrar General of this Court dated 10th September, 2025 in light of the order dated 04th September, 2025 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi on the observations made by Ms. Shriya Agrawal, Chief Judicial Magistrate, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in order dated 01st September, 2025.

Since the principal case bearing No. ECIR No.17/HIU/2020, case No.CC/24/2021 titled Enforcement Directorate vs. Vikas Mishra and Ors. is pending for adjudication before Special Judge (PC Act)/CBI-II, Central District, Rouse Avenue Courts, Delhi, and the present case (Ct. case No. 201/2024 titled Directorate of Enforcement Vs. Parties are directed to appear before the Transferee Court on 06th October, 2025. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. 5.
