The matter has been put up on an office note for correction of order dated 06.11.2025 wherein the court has appointed wherein this Court has appointed Mr. Rahul Tyagi, Adv. (Mobile No. 9650373508) as the sole Arbitrator. 2.

Inadvertently, in the Order dated 06.11.2025 Mr. Rahul Tyagi, Adv. with Mobile No. 9650373508 has been appointed as the Arbitrator instead of Mr. Rahul Tyagi, Adv. with Mobile No. 9818460146. 3.

In view of same, the Order dated 06.11.2025 is corrected and the paragraph No. 8 (i) of the said Order shall read as under:- i) Mr. Rahul Tyagi (Advocate) (Mob. No. 9818460146) is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. 4.

All the other terms and conditions of the said Order shall remain the same.
