The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing no. 183/2016 under Sections 354/342/509/506/427/34 of the IPC registered with PS Greater Kailash-1 and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The status report has been filed which indicates that the petitioner has not been chargesheeted.

In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition. 4.
