The present petition under Sections 11/12/2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "i. institute/launch the contempt proceeding against the respondent as per the provisions of Section 12 of Contempt of Court Act read with Article 215 of Constitution of India. ii. Prosecute, try and punish the respondent for not implementing the order dated 08.04.2025 passed in writ petition civil No.4064/2025 in its letter and spirit and they should be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to 6 months or line which may extend to Rs. 2000/-or with both. Any other order/relief/direction may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents as this Hon'ble court may deems fit, just and proper according to the facts and circumstances of the present case.

of the W.P.(C) 4064/2025, had passed the following directions:- "12. Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits on instructions that the respondents are in the process of considering the representation of the petitioner and the same shall be considered and disposed of by the concerned SDM, Headquarters, within a period of 10 weeks from today.

13. Let a reasoned order be passed by the concerned SDM, Headquarters, under intimation to the petitioner." 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record order dated 01.12.2025 passed by the Office of the Registrar of Societies/respondent on the representation made by the petitioner, in pursuance of the aforesaid order. Copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law with respect to the aforesaid order.
