At the very outset, Mr. Shashi Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 - Delhi Development Authority, points out that there is some uncertainty regarding the extent of land claimed by the petitioner, as evident from paragraph 15 of the writ petition. 2.

After some hearing, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to take appropriate steps in civil proceedings, as the petitioner may be advised.

The writ petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
