The petitioner and respondent No.1 are present in Court and submit that they have amicably settled the matter with the assistance of Mr. Rajiv Aggarwal, learned amicus curiae appointed by this Court. As per the settlement, the petitioner agrees to pay Rs.1,50,000/- to respondent No.1 in full and final settlement.

The petitioner has paid Rs.20,000/- in cash and demand draft No.376415 for Rs.1,30,000/- to respondent No.1 before this Court in full and final settlement. Respondent No.1 has accepted Rs.1,50,000/- from the petitioner in full and final settlement. Respondent No.1 has no claim left whatsoever against the petitioner.

The writ petition and the pending application are disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties.

This Court appreciates the assistance rendered by learned amicus curiae in assisting the parties to resolve the matter. 5.
