The present application has been filed seeking correction of order dated 16.09.2025.

Mr. Ravi Kant, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that in the said order, statement made by Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/PCI in para 4 has been recorded incorrectly.

In view of the above, issue notice. Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/PCI accepts notice. He also affirms the said position.

He submits that on 16.09.2025 he had infact stated that the decision will be taken in respect of the petitioner within a period of two weeks. 5.

In view of the above, para 4 of the order dated 16.09.2025 is substituted to read as under:- "4. On instructions he further submits that the decision will be taken within a period of two weeks. The statement is taken on record and the respondent/PCI shall remain bound by the same."
