The present petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing order dated 31st July, 2025, whereby the application of the respondent/plaintiff under Order XVI Rule 1

(2) read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been allowed.

Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner has filed a copy of the order dated 24th November, 2025 and the same is taken on record. Vide the said order, the evidence of the respondent/plaintiff has been closed and it also shows that the respondent/plaintiff has dropped two witnesses, namely, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar and SHO, PS Saket from the list of witnesses. 4.
